How the WebStartPROMO service works

Once we receive your online request we will contact you to discuss your needs in detail.

We then create your personalised campaign template, based on your logo, graphics and corporate colours. Often using elements from your web site in order to maintain continuity of your online identity. All our email templates include links for instant unsubscribe, view as a web page, forward to friends and contact details for your business.

Your online WebStartPROMO account is then setup, loaded with your campaign email template and tested. You receive a copy of the test to check our work.

You are then able to login to your own Campaign Manager and start adding content to a draft of your first email and learning the system. Adding article headings and text is easy and can contain links to web  pages. You will also be able to upload images from your computer with just a few clicks. The images are even resized for you automatically.

While the process of creating a new Email Marketing Campaign is very "step by step" there is detailed online help available and if preferred we are happy to provide whatever phone support you may require.

Email addresses can be added to your subscribers list one at a time or in bulk, a small group (up to 5 is FREE) can become a test group to trial any new campaigns on or for learning. This step is always recommended.

As soon as you send your first test campaign you will be able to access the statistical reports which display useful information such as how many were delivered, how many were opened (read), how many could not be delivered (dud email addresses), which links were clicked and more. see screen grabs below.

Once testing is complete and you are ready to send a live campaign to your subscribers you will pay for each campaign sent by Credit Card as part of the process. Per Campaign costs are detailed here. Remember that Test Campaigns of up to 5 email addresses are completely FREE.
